Payment Options

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa,Debit Cards, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank). All iFurnitureOnline.com products and services are priced in U.S. dollars.

You can place an order with a credit card, by using our Web site. We also will be glad to assist you to place the order over the phone. Our systems are very secure, and all customer information is kept private. To place an order with a check, money order, or cashier's check (denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank), please print your shopping cart and mail  it with your payment.

We cannot accept your purchase order unless you agree to these terms

Charging and Credit Card info

iFurnitureOnline.com does not save or store any credit card numbers of its customers. Once a customer completes online order, his/her credit card issuer authorizes iFurnitureOnline.com to charge an appropriate amount of money to the customer’s credit card. iFurnitureOnline.com will charge customer’s credit card for stock merchandise sales.However, in some cases such as special orders (3-4 month time frame) we will require and will charge 50% deposit.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations in the State of New York are subject to a 8.875% sales tax.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an "order confirmation" email within 24 business hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will serve as your invoice.

If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us.

Shipping Time

Please allow approximately 1-6 weeks for in stock delivery. If we can not deliver in this time frame we will give you a call with new delivery date. "However, due to the fact that delivery times may be effected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions provides, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or later than estimated. Special Orders Require 50% Deposit (3-4 months arrival time).

Please note: more shipping time is required for residents of OregonWashingtonIdahoMontanaWyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.

"Important: Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

iFurnitureOnline.com strives to provide our customers with best possible pictures of items that we sell and utilizes highest-resolution images. However, some color variations between the picture that you see on your monitor and the item that arrives to your house may occur.

iFurnitureOnline.com Shipping

Depending on the item(s) that you purchased on iFurnitureOnline.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be provided to you. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and additional charges that might be applied to your order.

Curbside delivery

This product ships to the 48 contiguous states only.  "Curbside Delivery" provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.

Customer must provide a shipping address that is free of spatial obstructions (low hanging trees, power, or just insufficient space in general). If delivery cannot be made to the shipping address because of spatial restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for modification of the original shipping information (location, type of truck required, etc.).  

Home Delivery & Setup

Home Delivery with professional Assembly 

 "Home Delivery and Set Up" provides delivery and assembly inside the house. Drivers are not responsible for clean up.

  • Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 6-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.

  • Prices for ground floor deliveries or elevator buildings, manual lifts are extra

  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill.

Upon Delivery

All customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered or to the furniture itself, please, note the damages on the bill of lading.

Important: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and contact us immediately.

Return and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers.
As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning at this sequence iFurnitureOnline.com comand its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at iFurnitureOnline.com try to remain the most customer-friendly furniture website on the internet and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but, unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not. Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full  to terms and conditions of sale by iFurnitureOnline.com" . By checking this box you agree to accept in full all terms and conditions listed on iFurnitureOnline.com including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer’s legal signature.

Return Policy

If the order has arrived but you do not want to accept it for any reason, please, simply refuse delivery and immediately call us. We will refund you the order amount less all delivery charges and a 25% restocking fee to accept the return of the item by the manufacturer.

After request for such return is fully processed, e-mail with all the costs involved we will be sent to you. Please, do not assemble the furniture that you might be returning since furniture assembled by customer cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned.

Damaged Items

iFurnitureOnline.com only contracts professional delivery and trucking companies are contracted to deliver the order, unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the bill of lading. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages, call us when this occurs and e-mail the photographs of damages within 2 business days of delivery. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims.  We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.

Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale " and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer’s legal signature.
